The company was founded in British Virgin Islands since 2017, with the vision to create a regional independent Oilfield Services company that can compete at parallel level with the international major Oilfield Services companies.

OPTIMUM started with drilling and workover business in 2017 with its first contract secured in Kurdistan Region of Iraq in late of 2017, with the aim to establish the largest Drilling and oilfield Services contractor in the Middle East, however, the market demand and the request of our customers sparked the big picture which OPTIMUM is all about today.
In 2018 the company expanded to include Oilfield Tools Supply services. This illustrates OPTIMUM’s commitment to service quality and ability to responsibly manage growth in difficult market conditions.
Today, OPTIMUM enjoys a strong position as an independent regional oilfield services company offering a comprehensive and diversified technology profile and services comparable to those of longstanding global oilfield services companies.
