In its first year, OPTIMUM expanded rapidly within Iraq, with major investment in infrastructure and facilities in Erbil and growth of its service structure. Having consolidated a strong position in Kurdistan, our next phase is to replicate this success regionally.
Our regional growth plan is built on organizational maturity and the strength of our product-line teams. The objective is profitable growth, diversification, and competing with the giant oilfield-services companies that have controlled the market for decades. A five-year regional growth plan is underway to strengthen the OPTIMUM brand and our fleet of drilling and workover rigs and oilfield equipment across the MENA region.
